🔄 Return Policy – GRR Racing & Designs

1. Return Period

You may return unused and undamaged standard parts or products within 14 days of delivery. Custom-built or made-to-order items (such as full buggies or personalized components) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be in original condition and unused

• Must include all original packaging and documentation

• A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase must be included​

 

3. How to Start a Return

Please contact us at 📧 info@grr-racing.com before sending any items back. We’ll provide return instructions and help you through the process.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the return is due to an error on our side (e.g. wrong item delivered or manufacturing defect).

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.​

 

5. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-built buggies or chassis

• Personalized designs or custom graphics

• Electrical or electronic parts once installed

• Items that show signs of use or modification​
