1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the Netherlands, throughout the EU, and to selected international destinations. If you're located outside of these regions, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days, depending on stock and customization. For custom-built parts or complete buggies, longer lead times may apply — we will keep you informed during the process.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with trusted shipping partners such as PostNL, DHL, and specialized freight companies for larger items (such as buggy frames or full builds). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. These costs will be calculated at checkout or provided in your custom quote.

5. International Orders

For orders outside the EU, additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a suitable solution.
