Terms and Conditions

📋 Terms & Conditions – GRR Racing & Designs

 

1. General

By placing an order with GRR Racing & Designs, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. These terms apply to all sales, custom orders, and services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

2. Quotations & Orders

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders for custom products (e.g. buggies, parts, liveries) require written confirmation.

  • For custom builds, a deposit may be required before production starts.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Euros (EUR), excluding VAT and shipping unless specified.

  • Full payment must be received before delivery or shipment.

  • Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal (on request), or other agreed options.

 

4. Production & Lead Time

  • Custom-built products have varying lead times, which will be communicated during ordering.

  • We strive to meet all agreed deadlines, but delays due to parts availability, third parties, or external factors may occur.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs depend on destination, size, and weight.

  • GRR Racing & Designs is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

  • Customers outside the EU are responsible for all import taxes and duties.

 

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Standard parts may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

  • Custom products and personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Order cancellations for custom work are only possible before production starts.

 

7. Warranty & Liability

  • All GRR products are designed and built with performance in mind.

  • Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. Wear, racing damage, or improper use is not covered.

  • GRR Racing & Designs is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from product use in motorsport environments.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and product concepts remain the property of GRR Racing & Designs unless otherwise agreed.

  • Duplication or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
